What is jimmy patsos?

James "Jimmy" Patsos is a former college basketball coach in the United States. He was born on November 1, 1966, in Boston, Massachusetts. Patsos played basketball at Catholic University of America before starting his coaching career as an assistant at the University of Maryland under Gary Williams.

Patsos went on to have head coaching stints at Loyola University Maryland and Siena College. He led Loyola to its first NCAA tournament appearance in over 20 years in 2012 and had a successful tenure at Siena, where he was named Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Coach of the Year in 2014.

Known for his intense coaching style and fiery personality, Patsos has been praised for his ability to develop players and build successful programs. He has also worked as a television analyst for college basketball broadcasts.
